> We are a young studio and treat accessibility as part of interface quality, not an afterthought. We do not claim formal certification.
Our commitment
LESSONWELL STUDIO LLC wants the Lessonwell Studio website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or voice control. Accessible interfaces are central to what we design for clients, so we hold our own site to the same practical standard.
Standard we work toward
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable. This statement describes our effort. It is not a legal certification or a guarantee that every page meets every criterion.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings, and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, tabs, FAQ disclosures, and form controls with visible focus states.
- Text sized and spaced for readability, chosen for readable contrast between text and background.
- Form fields with programmatic labels and a status message announced to assistive technology after submission.
- Motion limited and reduced or disabled when your device requests “prefers-reduced-motion.”
- Descriptive text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive tools.
Known limitations
Some interactive elements, such as the Flow Spec board and the service tabs, are custom components. We have built them with keyboard and screen reader use in mind, but they may not behave the same in every assistive tool or browser. Third-party content, such as web fonts, is outside our direct control. We keep a list of items to improve and will address them as the site evolves.
Accessibility in our design services
We consider accessible patterns, such as clear hierarchy, sensible color contrast, and readable states, as part of normal interface design. Accessibility audits or conformance testing against a formal standard are not included in starting packages and are not certifications; they can be scoped separately.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the website, or need information in another format, please tell us the page, the problem, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days and to offer a workable alternative, such as providing the information by email or phone.
Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers. Older browsers may display a simplified version of the page.
Updates to this statement
We review this statement when the website changes materially. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
