Request-then-pay

This storefront uses a request-then-pay path for design services. Submitting a cart or contact form is a scope inquiry, not an order acceptance and not a charge. LESSONWELL STUDIO LLC reviews fit, confirms countable scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, and price in writing before any invoice or payment link is issued.

When payment is due

Payment terms appear on the written confirmation or invoice (for example deposit before kickoff, milestone, or balance before final file release). Preliminary concepts and materials remain studio property until final payment where the project agreement says so.

Methods

Accepted methods are those named on the invoice or Shopify checkout when enabled (card, bank transfer, or other agreed method). Do not send full card numbers through the contact form. Card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored by Lessonwell Studio.

Taxes and currency

Prices on the storefront are starting rates in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on the invoice or checkout.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, work may pause until funds clear. Disputes should be raised promptly in writing so we can review deliverables against the confirmed scope.
